Through our books, we aim to share our message and connect with children in a fun and engaging way. The stories are filled with nature's wisdom and inspire children to take action in protecting the planet. We believe that we are all connected and that nature has the power to bring us together. Our books are just one way that we are working to make a difference and take care of Mother Earth.

Written to open the hearts and minds of children 10 and over to discover our natural world with new possibilities for hope. All life is sacred! Children learn to be Caregivers of Mother Earth as they go on a fun filled adventure through time. Epiphanies such as, “Life was never meant to be a competition but a dance of interdependence with one another. Each species has a part to play in the larger web of life.
It is the year 2030. Six best friends discover a magical world under the earth where time stands still. A messenger fairy takes the teens through an education unlike anything they know. She transports them through historic ages and helps them remember truths found deep in their DNA.
The teens hear wisdom from the giant whales that nature was never a competition or struggle of survival of the fittest, but rather all life; plants, trees, animals, insects, fish, microorganisms, and humans living in mutual cooperation.
It all started in 2020 with the creation of 13 stories for children meant to awaken their child-like innocence and sense of wonderment.

We learn how water gives life and connects us all. If we protect Mother Earth and her gifts, she is going to take care of us.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
ELLE TRAVIS
Elle Travis has a passion for teaching children about nature and protecting the environment. After growing up in Charlotte and enjoying a long career in the Raleigh area, Elle moved to Hendersonville in 2012. She was drawn to alternative healing modalities and became immersed in Plant Spirit Medicine and energy healing. In 2020, something changed, and she embarked on what has become her second life’s work, ‘connecting children with nature.’ Since then, she has written and published a nature-based children’s book series with four seasonal books containing 13 unique stories that take you through a year in a garden and much more. A playful fairy narrates Elle’s stories. She drew inspiration from indigenous elders and other knowledgeable individuals who shared ancient customs with her.
